tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100205.1088342-kk4

The user wants that multi day events are displayed as one line in the month
view. The event shouldn't have leaps. 

Test:
Req: No events are at the 2010-02-08 to 2010-02-10
0. Switch to the calendar and the month view.
1. Create whole day event (test1) at 2010-02-08
2. Create a multi day event (test2) at 2010-02-08 to 2010-02-10
=> test2 is displayed with a leap, because of test1.

Updating of an event changes this order. This also shouldn't happen.

If many different events are in the calendar, this could be difficult. (I think)
So please estimate and wait on an okay.
