tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100205.1088342-kk4

Test:
1. Switch to the calendar.
2. Change to side-by-side view.
=> a horizontal scrollbar is displayed.
3. Resize kontact.
4. Just activate only one calendar resource.
=> the horizontal scrollbar is displayed.
The user expects that the scroll bar disappears, if he resizes kontact to a big
size and selects just one or two calendar resources.
It should be possible with activation of just a few calendar resources and
resizeing the width of kontact to get ride of this horizontal scrollbar.

Please estimate first and wait for an okay.
