tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100205.1088342-kk4

Test:
1. Switch to the todos
2. Start to create a new todo with the button.
3. Set time associate
4. Enter start time (e.g 2010-02-12 10:00) and different end time 
   (e.g.2010-02-12 12:00)
5. Set recurrence to daily.
6. Press okay.
7. Edit the test todo again.
=> Now the start time equals the end time (is changed). I expect that the start
time is saved and used if the todo is edited again or displayed in this case.
