New submission from Ludwig Reiter <ludwig at intevation.de>:

It should be possible to save a new created event or task to a deactivated resource.

Test (task):
1. Switch to the calendar.
2. Deactivate all task resources.
3. Press on the button and select "New task"
=> Task creation dialog appears
4. Enter a title.
5. Press Okay.
=> error msg appears: the event couldn't be saved.

Test (event):
1.Switch to the calendar.
2. Deactivate some of the event resources.
3. Create a new event with a title.
=> It is not possible to save the event to a deactivated resource, because the
deactivated calendar resources are not in the resource chooser dialog.
