Test:
1. A invites B to an event.
2. B deactives all his calendar resources.
3. B syncs, gets the invitation and accepts.
=> An error message is shown that he has no resource with write access.
The customer wants to add the event to a deactivated calendar resource.

Test:
1. A invites B to an event.
2. B deactives some of his calendar resources.
3. B syncs, gets the invitation and accepts
=> Now the customer also wants to enter the event into one of the deactivated
calendar resources.

So:
The deactived calendar resources should also be choosable, if the user accepts,
cond. accepts,... an event.

This is important for the customer.
