tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100205.1087948-kk3

Test:
1. Create an event with recurrence(daily, 3 times)
2. Select the second event of these events.
3. Edit.
4. Change the time.
=> The event is changed without asking about the recurrence.
It is wrong. And the second event becomes the first in the series.
I expect that the user is asked, how to handle the recurrence. Like he is asked,
if he deletes an event with recurrence.

Another Test:
1. Create an event with recurrence(daily, 3 times)
2. Select the second event of these events.
3. Copy 
4. Select a different time.
5. Paste
