[Kolab-devel] [issue4093] In "enterprise" mail header CC and BCC addresses are displayed under the TO field (rt#5996)

tested with Kontact e35 20100129.1082029-kk1

Test:
1. Send a mail to a different TO, CC and BCC address-
2. Switch header type to "enterprise"
3. Look at the test mail in the sent-mails folder.
=> All three addresses are displayed under "TO" (German: "An:")
CC/BCC should be displayed in own fields.
