A user wishs that he has an option to configure the default mail list sorting of
a new created folder. Especially he wants that the mail list of new folder is
sorted with the most current mails up in the list xor down in the list.

In the moment the default sorting of new folders is the sorting of the inbox.

Please estimate first and wait on an okay.
