[Kolab-devel] [issue4085] Wish: Mail attachments only in the header of a mail(rt#5987)

The customer wishes that mails with attachments only show their attachments in
the mail header. Exception: Mails with embedded mails as attachment should show
the embedded mails. If embedded mails contains attachments, these attachments
should be displayed in the mail body,too. 

At the moment attachments are displayed at two places of the mail:
1. In the header. 
2. At the end of the mail body.

So display place 2. should be removed. (with expections)

Please estimate first, and wait on an okay.
