In the web client the user can select bunch of address books to use by
putting them under "Options" -> "Address Book" -> "Address Books
(Choose which address books to use.)" in the column "These address
books will display in this order".

But for completion of addresses (tested during composing a new mail)
only the first (top most) in the list of address books is used.

This is very bad as it does not allow for completion from more than
one source, which is a quiet common use.  For example the global (LDAP
address book) which contains all users on the server and an private
address book containing individual contacts are often equally used at
the same time.
