[Kolab-devel] [issue4513] Display users with active forwarding in the user list of the web admin

Patch derived from kolab/issue3463 (Kolab 2.2 patch adding new features for ISP
functionality).

I'm not yet certain how the use case looks like here. Of course it may be
important to know which users do not keep the mail on the server but maybe it
would be sufficient to have a command line script to list these users. It sounds
much better than generating the list every single time you look at the user list.
