[Kolab-devel] [issue4512] Allow to hide the admin mail settings in the web admin

Patch derived from kolab/issue3463 (Kolab 2.2 patch adding new features for ISP
functionality).

As Thomas already mentioned in issue3463 he likes the functionality of the
patch. This should be handled using a configuration variable though and not via \
a define() directive in the code.
