Following scenario:
A secretary (S) wants to create an event for her boss(B).
She doesn't want to be the organizer nor wants she to be part of the event.
(important usecase)

The customer wishs that this works following way:
S has write access to B's calendar folder (F).
1. S starts to creates a new event in F.
1.1 She changes the organizer to B.
1.2 Remove herself (S) from the attendee list.
1.3 Add B to the attendee.
1.4 Add other attendees.
2. Sends the mail.
3. A (other attendee) receives the mails.
The sender of the mail should be S.
S is not the organizer and the invitation should contain a text like:
"S invites in respresentation of B to following event:"
 
Please estimate and wait on an okay.
