tested with Kontact e35 kdepim   20100409.1112955-kk1

Test:
1. A switch to the calendar.
2. A creates an event with B as attendee, but doesn't send the invitation.
3. A changes the event and sends the mail.
4. B receives the mail. The header is : This event is updated.
But it is the invitation for B, because he hasn't seen any mail of this event yet.
The customer expects that the mail in this case has the invitation text.
