tested with Kontact e35 kdepim   20100409.1112955-kk1

Mail addresses with special characters or commas in the name should be displayed
with quotes in the mail header. It should be possible to select the header,
press copy and paste it into a different composer without problems.

Displayed in a mail header e.g.:
Test, Ludwig <ltest1 at example.net> (Wrong)
"Test, Ludwig" <ltet1 at example.net> (Right)

Test:
1. Send a mail with "lastname, name" <xxx at example> to the test account.
2. Sync, select the mail.
3. Select lastname,name <xxx at example>.
4. Copy in the context menu.
5. Open a composer.
6. Paste the text into the the "To:" field.
7. Try to send the mail.
