Observed with Kontact enterprise35 20090907.1024959-kk8 lenny-built
with gnupg2 2.0.9-3.1

Test:
No gpg-agent is running.
1. Start kontact and switch to the mail component.
2. Select a OpenPGP encrypted mail and press <Return>,
=> The mail display and many password dialogs pop up.
3. Close the mail display.
4. Press cancel in one pw-dialog.
=> Crash
