Kolab Server 2.2.2 (and earlier):
When clicking on the Delete button for a domain in the Settings tab, the domain
gets deleted without asking for confirmation.

Currently not a big problem due to:
kolab/issue1571 (Deleting domain does not delete corresponding users/DLs)
(i.e. the domain can be created again and at least user accounts are still
there, I haven't checked admins, maintainers, domain maintainers or distribution
lists)
