tested with Kontact 20090911.1022378-kk2

A S/MIME encrypted mail should be stored unencrypted after displaying it.
This should work like in proko2.

Test:
1. Set in .kde/share/config/kmailrc under group [Reader]
store-displayed-messages-unencrypted=true
2. Start kontact.
3. Read a S/MIME encrypted mail.
4. Close Kontact.
5. Read the S/MIME encrypted mail again.
=> The mail is still encrypted.

This is a regression. 
Please also add the documentation for the option.
