[Kolab-devel] [issue3866] OL2003 doesn't understand the timezone info in a e4 invitation.

Tested with Kontact lenny/e4 20090508.965297-kk1
and Windows XP SP3 with Outlook 2003

Test:
1. The Kontact user sends an invitation to the OL user.
Contains:
DTSTART;TZID=Europe/Berlin:20090915T130000
DTEND;TZID=Europe/Berlin:20090915T133000
in the iCalendar invitation.
2. Sync OL and look at the invitation.
=> OL says the event is at 15:00-15:30, but Windows has the same timezone CEST.
So OL seems to ignore the TZID part.
