The Mail Filter settings contain the (main) switch
"Check messages for mismatching From header and envelope from."
this description is to generic and by that misleading.  

Following the text every mail with mismatching From header and
envelope sender should be concerned, but this is not the case!

The whole mail filter processing is only relevant if either the From
header or the envelope sender is a local address (my domains).

So the text should be reworked to match the actual functionality.
Kolab/issue954 contains valuable information on the intended behavior
of kolab filter.

This is for 2.3 or what ever HEAD will become...
