[Kolab-devel] [issue3639] kwallet dialog is in English

The kwallet dialog is in English, while I expect it to be in GErman, because
German is configured as language.

Test:
1. Start kolabwizard.
2. Configure an account and choose to save the passwords.
=> A English kwallet pops up.
