[Kolab-devel] [issue3492] default outgoing transport changes randomly when removing any outgoing account

Having three or more outgoing SMTP accounts with one set as default and then
removing one of the accounts (default account or not) the following happens:

1. If the default account was removed, no account shows the "(Default)" text.
   After reopening the dialog one of the remaining accounts is set as default.

2. If a different account was removed, the "(Default)" text stays at the
   previous default, but after reopening the dialog, usually a different
   account is now the default.

Maybe unrelated to this issue, but sometimes the default even vanishes completely.
