[Kolab-devel] [issue3460] Signing certificate dialogue not clear during bootstrapping

Encountered when running 
# /kolab/sbin/kolab_bootstrap -b
on Kolab version 2.2.1 rc1

The signing certificate dialogue (when bootstrapping) does not inform the default to [y/n], but
defaults to "no" resulting in Apache not working.

Default value should be specified, and the user should be warned about consequences of choosing
"no".
