[Kolab-devel] [issue3344] Mail: Kontact needs a restart or sync to notice that a second identity has been entered

Test: One identity is configured.
1. Open the mail configuration dialog.
2. Switch to "identities".
3. Enter a new second identity.
4. Press "OK".
5. Open a the creation dialog for a new mail.
=> The identity choose combobox is missing in the composer.
