[Kolab-devel] [issue4005] Attachments should open in read-only folders(rt#5915)

This has been split out from kolab/issue3961 (Mail attachment of a task should 
be persistent) for the case that the folder of the tasks is shared read only.
I am quite sure that testing will reveal the same issu es will all attachment
types (at least appointments and tasks).

Testing was done with:
4:3.5.10.enterprise.0.20091211.1063352-kk3 Lenny.
