[Kolab-devel] [issue4004] calendar prints should contain a print date (rt#5927)

Every print of the calendar should contain the date of the print. (In German:
"Stand:..."). 
So if I print a calendar week on the 18th Dez 2009, the printout should contain
a line with "Date of print: Fr. 2009-12-18" or in German "Stand: Fr. 18.12.2009"
or so.

Please estimate first and then wait on an okay before continuing.
