Online IMAP does not seem to work on e4, windows.
Also see report http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=190503 (IMAP just show only 
one mail) reported with (enterprise4 0.20090313.938844) (using 4.1.4, MinGW
3.4.5).

Till told me he is debugging it, so I assume it is reproducable.
