Test:
Req: A contact kolab resource with about 500 contacts
     An empty file resource
1. Switch to contacts.
2. Deactivate the file resource
3. Select all contacts with Ctrl+a
4. Activate the file resource.
=> The user has to wait for a long time while the contacts list is empty.
Because the resource is empty I wouldnot expect to wait.
