[Kolab-devel] [issue3584] rfc2739 is not copyrightable nor licensable

Hi,

We currently can't include rfc2739.schema as-is in Debian, because the license
is not free. Precisely, this is a small issue because this type of file cannot
be copyrighted.

I will apply the following patch.
