When creating an event in the Kolab Web Client and adding attendees
the creator (the user creation the event) is always shown as required
attendee.

Despite that, the creator is _not_ automatically added as attendee to
the actual event, so the view off the creator on the attendees list
differs form the view of all other attendees.

It is possible for the creator to explicitly add him one self to the
attendee list but in this case the creator is shown _twice_ in the
"Edit attendees" dialog, and when the "Attendance" attribute is
changed to "optional" the user is shown both, as "Required Attendee"
and as "Optional Attendee" -- this is highly confusing to users.
