[Kolab-devel] [issue3580] Make LDAP multidomain usable

Change LDAP hierarchy to: Kolab-Server -> Domain -> Accounts and other Items

Combined with LDAP authentication and matching rules in LDAP configuration users
would be able to use LDAP address book on items belonging to their domain as
branch as part of the LDAP tree.
