gpg4win 1.9.15 beta

Test:
1. Start kontact.
2. Open kleopatra.
3. Open the configuration dialog.
4. Switch to GnuPG system menu.
5. Set a option like "Reduzierte Informationen" (in German) "less information"
(English)
6. Press on okay.
=> An error message appears:
"Error from gpgconf while saving configuration: Operation not permitted."

Perhaps this is a packaging problem.
If I uninstall Kontact, kleopatra works with no problems.
