kolab_2_2_branch as of 20090402 (nearly 2.2.1), HEAD not tested:

When retrieving an extended f/b list via web client or via this URL:
curl -k -u user at example.com
'https://kolab.example.com/freebusy/user2%40example.com.xfb'

At least the X-SUMMARY is latin1 encoded (after decoding base64) instead of utf8.

LC_CTYPE of the server is de_DE at euro (i.e. latin1), I haven't verified on a
system which natively runs utf8.
