Tested with kolab_2_2_branch as of 20090402 (nearly 2.2.1), but only needs to be
fixed in HEAD:

When starting f/b cache regeneration using freebusy/regenerate.php via command
line or via web as manager, all calendar folders will retain an ACL "manager lrs".

It should be removed and was removed in earlier versions of the script,
e.g. in CVS/utils/admin/generatefb.php
