[Kolab-devel] [issue2728] "Reply To..." not part of any menu

When assigning keyboard shortcuts, one can assign a keyboard shortcut to the
function "Reply To...". However, this function cannot be found in any of the
message-related dialogues. It's not in the context menu when right-clicking on a
message, nor in the "Message -> Reply Special" menu in the main menu bar.
