toltec connector 2.2.0

The text of a mail with html attachment which is forwared from a group account
is  lost and the html attachment is displayed instead.

Test:
1. Create a group account with forwarding mails to a toltec account.
2. Send a mail with html attachment to the group account.
3. Look with toltec at the mail.
=> The attachment is shown instead of the text.
