contacts view: 
Aborting the move to operation with ESC deletes the contact.

Test:
Req. a account with two contacts folder.
1. Start kontact and switch to contacts view.
2. Use the context menu action "Move to" to move an contact.
=> a dialog asking for the ressource folder occurs.
3. Press "Escape".
=> The contact is deleted and not moved.
After pressing ESC the moveto operation should be aborted and the contact should
remain in the old folder.
