[Kolab-devel] [issue2508] Kontact should not send an invitation, if no resource folder is activated

If no resource folder in the calendar view is activated, it is not possible to
save an event. So if the user tries to create a new event, he shouldn't send any
invitations to attendee in this case.

Test:
1. Start kontact and switch to calendar view.
2. Deactivate all calendar resources.
3. Create a new event with an attendee.
4. Press ok. Send the mail to the attendee.
=> Now an error occured, because the event couldn't be saved, but the invitation
is sent.
