The configure the vacation notifaction dialog should be so large that it can
display the whole "Out of office" reply without a scrollbar.
At the moment this dialog is so small, that everytime a user enters one or two
lines to the default vacation notification a scrollbar appears.
Anyway the dialog shouldnot be larger than the screen.
