[Kolab-devel] [issue2777] Deleting attachments from signed emails should change content-type to multipart/mixed

Kontact 1.2.9 (enterprise 20080602.814375),

on an a) openpgp or b) smime signed email with an attachment
and those emails are shown in "green" for the signature.

Delete the attachment and now they are "red", this is confusing for the users 
as there is no need for being alarmed. When deleting the attachment,
the content type of the Email should be changed from multipart/signed
to multipart/mixed. Thus an experienced user might insert the original 
attachment still, but would need to change this content type back to get to 
check the signature.
