[Kolab-devel] [issue2776] Kontact: Mail reply should be in the same crypto format

If you reply an sig/enc email the new message should preselect the same crypto
protocol (with sig/enc) like the original mail. 
Should be an issue for Kontact on GNU/Linux _and_ Windows.
