kowi kdepim 816314 on Windows.

Test:
1. Start kontact.
2. Switch to contacts component.
3. Choose "configure contacts..."
=> a configuration dialog pops up, showing "Konfi&gurieren... -Kontact"
in his header. 
The "&" letter is wrong.
