[Kolab-devel] [issue2755] The menu entry "configure kontact..." is missing in the main window

Test:
1. Start kontact.
2. Look at the entries of the menu "Settings"
(There should be a "configure kontact..." menu entry, which opens a
configuration dialog.)
Notice: The "configure kontact.." entry is missing, so it is not possible to
select the components of kontact.
