Split from 
kolab/issue2036 (Press "cancel" at the calender folder selection deletes an
updated event.)

During the calendar folder selection for accepting an invitation/update,
- closing the application
- killing the application
- turning off the power
will delete the invitation (but keeping it in the trash folder) and not create
the event (and for updates: delete the existing event)

Till wrote:
The problem is that we simply do not know, when the event has been successfully
entered, and thus cannot wait for that event. That's due to the way the handover
between kmail and korganizer is implemented, which is something we cannot change
without a lot of risk at this stage of the project.

Therefore creating this deferred issue to keep track of this known problem.
