[Kolab-devel] [issue2933] Creating folder with a old folder name can trigger a crash.

Test:
1. Switch to KMail
2. Create a subfolder "test" in the inbox.
3. Copy some mails to the folder.
4. Sync.
5. Delete the "test" folder.
6. Sync.
[...] Do something different.
7. Create subfolder "test" once more.
8. Copy some mails to that folder.
9. Sync.
Notice: Sometimes this crashs(see bt), sometimes the folder is moved to
lost+found. Both is wrong.
