[Kolab-devel] [issue2387] Crash when creating a subfolder of the calendar folder

I noticed a crash after creating a new subfolder of the calendar folder in a
new account.
I did the following:
1. Created a new account and a new user.
2. Used kolabwizard to configure the new user to the account.
3. Started kontact. 
4. Synced twice.
5. Deactivate "Hide groupware folders"
6. Tried to create a new subfolder of the calendar folder.
=> CRASH!
