Test:
1. User A shares a mail folder with all-access with user B.
2. A syncs.
3. B syncs.
=> B can see the shared folder in his folder list.
4. B creates a new subfolder of the shared folder.
5. B syncs.
=> The subfolder is on the server in A's account.
6. A syncs.
But A doesn't see the subfolder.
