The user cannot d'n'd all attachment of a forwarded mail with attachments on
different levels to the konqueror.

Test:
1. Create a mail with to attachment and send it to the test account.
2. Forward this mail with another attachment to the test account.
3. Start konqueror.
4. Try to d'n'd drop all attachment from the structual view to the konqueror.
Wrong: The attachment of level 0 cannot d'n'd to the konqueror.
