[Kolab-devel] [issue2046] Crash: Try to copy an attachment to the konqueror

The user tries to copy an attachment form the structual view of a mail to the
konqueror and kolab crashs.

Test:
1. Create a mail with attachment.
2. Open the konqueror.
3. Try to drag and drop the mail into the konqueror.
=> CRASH! (see backtrace.)
