[Kolab-devel] [issue2115] Horde dependency requires ctype and pcre PHP use flags

www-apps/horde-kolab-3.2_alpha depends on www-apps/horde-pear-1.3-r3 which
depends on dev-php/PEAR-Services_Weather which requires php to have USE flags of
ctype and pcre.  You might want to include those use flags in the gentoo
documentation to avoid confusion and a recompile of php when compiling horde.
